1. Place an order online

From the menu of the online store, you can take a look at the news or select a specific category of product.

Once you have added the items to your Shopping Cart you can verify your selection, modify it and continue with the payment. To complete your purchase, you only need to enter your delivery and billing address and choose your payment method.

You can place an order on the MUXART website also by registering to the “My account” section.
At the time of departure, if your order contains more than one item, the option to receive the products separately through multiple shipments is already preselected. If you do not change this option, you agree to receive the products separately as soon as they are ready for shipment.
If you want to receive the complete order together as soon as the last item is available for shipment, simply check the corresponding option.

Please note that the option to receive the complete Order as a whole is not applicable in the case of Orders that also contain Reserved Products, as defined below.

2. How to make an Order Product Reserved (Order)

All items for which it is possible to make a pre-order are expressly marked on the website as “Reserved Product”.

You can buy these items and receive them within the estimated delivery date specified in the description of the Product page, within 4 (four) weeks, from the sending of the confirmation email.

If your order also contains Products that are Reserved Products, the items will be sent by multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for shipment.

For any Order, including those that also contain a Reserved Product, the total amount of the transaction will be charged in advance for all Products at the time of the first Confirmation Email sent by MUXART.

In each shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment so that you can follow up on the messenger’s website.

3. Information about products and sizes

The online store offers a selection of MUXART products, and the catalog is periodically updated with the latest news.

4. Payment options and taxes

We accept all major credit cards and other forms of payment expressly indicated on this website.

The total amount of the order will be charged after we have verified the data of your card and after sending the first confirmation email and the preparation of the product in question for shipment.

The payment will be made in the same currency in which the prices in the payment area are shown. The total amount of the order includes any shipping costs, taxes and customs fees.

For orders placed on our website, you will receive proof of payment.

5. Proposed order

The purchase process is completed by clicking on the Buy button, confirming your order proposal. A copy will be sent to MUXART and one will be sent to the email address you have provided on the order form. Once you have confirmed your order proposal, your content can not be modified.

Before confirming your order, you must read and accept the General Terms and Conditions published on this website, save them on your device or print them. Please also make sure to fill in the required field corresponding to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

If you do not receive the confirmation email of your order within 48 hours, please contact us to verify if the order has been received correctly.
If at the time of departure you have agreed on the pre-selected option to receive several shipments and only a part of the products you have ordered is available, MUXART will send you only these products and cancel the rest of the order, informing you with the corresponding cancellation email.

If, on the contrary, at the time of departure you have selected the option to receive the complete order together and only a part of the products you have ordered is available, MUXART will contact you to decide if you accept to receive your order partially or if you prefer to cancel it.

6. Order confirmation

The Order will be confirmed only when MUXART sends the first confirmation email to the address indicated on the order form.

MUXART will send you the corresponding confirmation email for each Product as soon as it is ready to be sent.

The mail will contain a confirmation and summary of the Order in relation to any product ready for shipment, such as the description and product information, as well as the total price of the order, including taxes and shipping costs.

If at the time of departure you have agreed to receive your Order as multiple shipments, MUXART will send you a confirmation email each time a product is shipped.

7. Delivery periods

Please note that orders are usually received within 5 (five) business days from the moment of sending the MUXART email for order confirmation.

As for the Reserved Products that are not yet ready to be sent at the time of placing your Order, MUXART will deliver said Products on the estimated date of delivery, that is, within a period of 4 (four) weeks, as of delivery of the corresponding confirmation email for the Products.

As soon as we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the UPS tracking number.

Remember that the transport company delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will require your signature when you deliver the package. For more detailed information, see the “Shipping” section.

8. How to cancel or modify an order

In accordance with our General Sales Conditions, once an Order has been sent, it can not be modified or canceled.

In any case, if you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to request more information. If the order has already been sent, please keep in mind that you can still request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns” section.

For security reasons, we can not change the items of your order or shipping, nor the billing address. If you notice any error in the specified information, contact our Customer Service.

Shipments

1. Shipping options and cost

The customer selects the shipping method in the drop-down menu and the amount is displayed in the cart. The transport company can not make deliveries to post office boxes or general delivery addresses.

2. Track orders

Both in case you have agreed on the pre-selected option to receive multiple shipments and in the case that you have chosen to receive the completed Order together, you will be assigned a DHL tracking number for each of them. You will receive an email with this tracking number and a link to track your packages.

You can also access this information in My Account.

3. Reception of the Order

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours.

Because the transport company will ask you to sign the package receipt, we recommend that you select a shipping address where you, or someone you trust, will be available all day.

In the event that there is no one to sign the package delivery receipt, DHL will leave a notification and a contact number. If you need help to change the delivery time, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

4. Countries to which we ship

The delivery of our online store is available within 1-2 days to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom.

The delivery of our online store is available within 2-3 days to the following countries: Russia, Canada, United Arab Emirates, United States, Finland, China, Japan.

If you want your purchase to be delivered in a country other than the country in which you are located, you must change the country in the menu of the site before placing the order.

Returns

1. Return conditions

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased on our website, you can return them free of charge within 14 days of delivery or collection. Before requesting a return, make sure that the items meet our terms of sale. Items can not be changed and, therefore, if you want to change your purchase, you can return the items following the conditions described in this document and place a new order.

The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Make sure they are intact, complete, perfectly new, unused or damaged in any way and that they are returned in the original packaging with all their labels. In the event that a product contains a security tag, the return of the item will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or altered.

If you follow these instructions, DHL will pick up the package without charging any additional cost. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We assume no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of the products associated with the return shipment. Once confirmed that the refund meets all the requirements, you will be reimbursed the amount of the order with the same method used to make your payment. The return process lasts about 7 days.

4. Term of the refund

Once the package is received, we will check the status of the items before accepting your return and authorize the refund. This process usually lasts around 7 days.

The refund will be made directly to the card or to the payment method used to make the purchase and will be made in the same currency.

We will send you a confirmation email when we have authorized the refund. You can see the amount in your account within one or two billing cycles from the date of return according to the conditions of the payment method used.
